'Small pieces of pav tossed in spicy onion tomato masala. A popular street food in Mumbai. BOMBAY MASALA PAV Ingredients 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed 2 medium onions, finely chopped 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped 2 tablespoons finely chopped green capsicum 4 pavs 2 tablespoons pav bhaji masala 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste 1 tablespoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ½ tablespoon lemon juice 1½ tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves Method 1. Cut pav into small pieces. 2. Heat butter in anon-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well. Add onions, mix well and sauté till browned. 3. Add tomatoes and mix. Add salt, mix well and cook till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. 4. Add chilli paste and chilli powder and mix. Add potato and mix. Add pav bhaji masala, capsicum and some water, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. 5. Add pav pieces and mix. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for a minute. 6.
